How does it work?   There are two portals, the RT-Members (Main) portal and your RT department (Child) portal. All child portals share information, you allow, with the Main portal making it a very powerful networking solution. Each child portal has associated modules (i.e., Document Management module, Document Review module, Employee Sheduling module, Certification Tracking, etc...) that are customizable to your needs with the ability to assign roles for view, edit, download and upload options, etc... Files from your portal can be shared with the main, RT-Members portal to share with other members.
